What is included in the Las Vegas Group packages?
The Las Vegas Group packages include round-trip airfare on Hawaiian Airlines and hotel accommodations for four or five nights at California, Fremont, or Main Street Station Hotel and Casinos. Meals, baggage handling and transfers between the airport and hotels are also included.

How many meal coupons are provided?
Our 4-night packages include 4 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 dinners, and 1 specialty coupon. Similarly, our 5-night packages include 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 4 dinners, and 1 specialty coupon. You can use the meal coupons to purchase daily specials at participating restaurants located in Boyd's downtown hotels and casinos. In addition, the specialty coupon can be redeemed for a prime rib or buffet dinner at participating restaurants, subject to the terms mentioned on the coupon.

Are we able to select our seats on the airplane?
When booking your Vacations Hawaii Las Vegas Package, you'll have the option to select a seat based on availability. We would like to emphasize that it is highly recommended to book your package 3-6 months in advance to maximize your chances of securing your desired seat. This will also give you ample time to consider any additional requests or accommodation you may require.

How do we upgrade to Extra Comfort or First Class of service?
If you would like to request Extra Comfort or First Class Seating, please inform us at the time of booking. However, we will only be able to assist you with your request 21 days before your scheduled departure, once we have finalized your group. After that, we will reach out to you and provide instructions on how to reserve, book, and pay for your Extra Comfort seats. Please keep in mind that First Class upgrade can only be upgraded using Hawaiian Airlines Mileage.

How do I make a reservation for your Las Vegas Group packages? How far in advance should I book?
To make a reservation, there are different options available. You can either book your package on our website at
www.boydvacationshawaii.com or contact Vacations Hawaii by phone at 808-591-4777 or 808-591-4700. You may also visit us in person, but please note that an appointment is needed. Alternatively, you can make your reservation by contacting your preferred travel agent. We recommend that you book your reservation in advance, ideally 3-6 months beforehand, to ensure the best availability.

What is your payment policy?
Vacations Hawaii offers a courtesy hold for Las Vegas 4 or 5-night packages for seven (7) days, provided the booking is made more than 30 days in advance. If you book less than 30 days in advance, the payment due date will be provided at the time of your reservation. For in-person payments, an appointment is necessary. For mail-in payments, you will receive a confirmation and credit card authorization form. Please complete both forms and mail them to Vacations-Hawaii. For online payments, please click either the Book Now or the Pay Now button to review and then hit next to enter your credit card information. Please be advised, to proceed to the credit card area, the Hazardous Material Disclosure must be agreed to.

What is your cancellation policy? What constitutes a cancellation? Can I change my date? Is there a fee if so?
Reservations made through Vacations-Hawaii - Hawaiian Airlines may be canceled free of charge prior to payment. Upon payment, a credit will be issued which may be used towards the purchase of another package should the reservations be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the original purchase date of a 4 or 5-night package will be forfeited or changed. Our agents are available to provide you with further information at the time of cancellation. Vacations-Hawaii considers cancellation as forfeiting or altering the original 4 or 5-night package purchased. The following fees will be applied as outlined below:
Cancellation - $250.00 + any difference in airfare for future travel completed within one year from the date of ticket issuance.
Change of Dates - $250.00 + any package price difference; Change of date must be done before ticketing.
9.
Does the airline charge for luggage?
Baggage fees will be collected when you check in for your flight to Las Vegas and when you return. A fee of $40 will be assessed for the first piece of checked luggage. The fee for a second piece is $45. Additional fees will be assessed for additional pieces and/or oversized luggage. Please be aware that Hawaiian Airlines will not accept cash for luggage fees, nor will they accept cash for purchases made on the aircraft.

Will I get free luggage with my Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card?
Unfortunately, having a Hawaiian Airlines Credit Card does not qualify for free luggage.

What are the restrictions for carry-on luggage?
Each ticketed guest is permitted to have one carry-on bag and one personal item. A personal item is a laptop bag, briefcase, purse, or backpack that can fit under the seat in front of you. A carry-on bag cannot exceed 25 pounds, nor can it be over 22 inches long, 14 inches wide and 9 inches high, including wheels and handles. Items which exceed size or weight requirements must be checked at the check-in counter. Gate check-in is reserved for strollers, car seats and wheelchairs. For more information, please visit

Is wheelchair service provided for those in need?
We will be pleased to arrange wheelchair service for you at the airport. Kindly inform us at the time of booking whether you require an aisle chair on the aircraft or solely at the airport.

I paid for my trip but have not received anything from Vacations Hawaii?
Please note that two weeks prior to your departure date, Vacations Hawaii will send you a final confirmation by mail along with your bag tag(s) and departure day instructions. We kindly request that you attach the bag tag to your check-in luggage only, as this will help in ensuring prompt delivery of your luggage to your room. Upon receipt of your final confirmation and bag tag(s), if you are originating from the neighbor islands, please contact Vacations Hawaii with your inter-island flight information. What is your Room & Meal package policy?
The package price and meal coupons are only available to Hawaii residents with proof of residency. At check-in, you will be required to provide a valid Hawaii picture ID. Meal coupons will be issued upon check-in, with a maximum of 12 coupons per adult aged 21 years and older, per stay. Minors under 21 years of age are not eligible for meal coupons. Same-day check-out and check-in at any Boyd Hotel is not allowed. Airport transfers are not included. Room requests are subject to availability. A major credit card is required for incidental deposit. Additionally, the hotel will collect a resort fee of $33.89 (including tax) per night for each additional night beyond 4. Effective February 22, 2024, the following fees will be applied as outlined below:
Cancellation after payment - $50.00; $100 Fee If Cancelled Within 96 Hours of Check In.
Name Change - $50.00, name change can be done up to 96 hours prior to check in.
Change of Dates - $50.00 + any difference (if applicable) A change of date is considered to be a change in both check in or check out , or either, check in, or check out.
