In compliance with the Governor’s order, we have closed all gaming operations at all Las Vegas Boyd Gaming properties as of March 17, 2020.
Additionally, as a result of Mayor Caldwell’s emergency order, Vacations Hawaii’s office will be closed from Tuesday, March 24 until Thursday, April 30. Please be advised that we will be unable to respond to requests for refunds, bookings and cancellations until we reopen for business.
If you were booked to travel in April, there is no need to contact Vacations Hawaii. If you have not been contacted by our office, please be advised that we will be calling you when we reopen for business, asking if you would like a full refund or if you would like to apply what you paid to another travel date.
If you are scheduled to travel in May, please visit our website on or after April 8 for updated information.
We will provide additional updates as they become available. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you soon.
As the coronavirus continues to have an impact on communities across the country, our sincerest concerns and thoughts are with those who have been impacted by COVID-19. We wish all of them a speedy and successful recovery.
At Boyd Gaming, the safety and well-being of our customers and our team members is of utmost importance to us. Over the last several weeks, our entire team has been taking comprehensive steps to help protect the health of our customers and our team members.
Starting in late February, Boyd Gaming implemented CDC-recommended safety protocols at all of our 29 properties across the nation. Examples of our enhanced protocols include:
- Increased placement of hand sanitizer dispensers in public areas.
- Enhanced cleaning practices throughout our property, including frequent sanitizing of touch points like door handles, elevator buttons, tabletops and handrails.
- Frequent reminders to our team members to follow good health practices, including frequent handwashing, and covering sneezes or coughs with a tissue or a sleeve.
- Instructions to all team members to go home and stay home if they are sick.
