We want to make the online reservations process as easy as possible for our customers. Still, we know that online transactions can sometimes be confusing. So we’ve put together this Help Section to help you navigate through the process of booking your own travel plans with Vacations-Hawaii

The Booking Process

STEP 1: Search for your package to Las Vegas.

You can search for a Vacations-Hawaii charter package to Las Vegas by date or by price range. Available travel dates are posted six months from the current date. Please also indicate the number of passengers traveling and how many rooms you are looking for.

STEP 2: Review the availability results and pick your hotel.

The available flights and hotel accommodations are displayed for you. It will provide you with flight departure and arrival information in addition to prices for both coach and comfort seating. When you find the flight that suits you, select the button under the hotel name where you would like to stay. Click "BOOK SELECTED PACKAGE" to proceed to the next step.

STEP 3: Review the membership agreement and create an account.

In order to make a reservation with Vacations-Hawaii online, a membership account needs to be created for you. After you submit some basic information about yourself, a confirmation that your account has been created will be sent via e-mail to you. This e-mail will also provide you with your Vacations-Hawaii ID number that will allow you to later log in and review your bookings.

Want to get credit for your flight mileage, but you’re not a HawaiianMiles member? Joining HawaiianMiles is easy through the Vacations-Hawaii online reservation system. Just click "JOIN NOW," enter in your date of birth and you’re on your way to earning miles that can be redeemed for discounts on Vacations-Hawaii packages.

STEP 4: Enter passenger names and room preferences.

When first searching for your package, you indicated the total number of passengers traveling. At this step, the following information is requested:

• Legal first and last names of each passenger - must match a valid photo ID
• Age status - adult or under 21

You may also select a few optional preferences for each room:

• Bedding (1 king or 2 double beds)
• Room category - non-smoking or smoking
• Special requests - accessible guest rooms if available, high/low floor, near elevator, etc.

STEP 5: Select your air travel preferences.

For each traveler, certain air travel preferences are available:

• Class of seating - coach or comfort
• Seat selection - use the "View Seat Map" option to indicate your preference
• Meal request - available meals may differ by flight
• Interisland segments - available interisland segments may differ by flight

It is also important to note these additional options:

• HawaiianMiles membership number - to get credit for your flight mileage
• Optional Traveler’s Insurance - uncheck this box if you already have insurance or do not need insurance
• Special assistance - wheelchair needs, in-flight oxygen, hearing/visually impaired, etc.

After making the appropriate preference selections for each of your traveling companions, click "NEXT" to proceed to the next step.

STEP 6: Review and confirm your itinerary.

If there are any special requests you would like to indicate and have not already done so in previous steps, you may do that at this step. Then carefully review your itinerary information. It is divided into several sections:

• Main contact person information - mailing and billing address, emergency contact, etc.
• Honolulu to Las Vegas roundtrip package - selected charter flight information
• Interisland segments - interisland flight information if applicable
• Hotel summary - hotel information and specified preferences
• Passenger summary - individual price (including taxes), routing, seating and meal preferences, and special assistance needs
• Pricing details - breakdown of the total package price

Please note that the pricing details section of your itinerary before initial confirmation does not include any additional discounts, such as VIP discounts.

Click "PAY NOW" to proceed to the payment process (as described in step 6).

To delay payment, click "HOLD & PAY LATER." You may hold your reservation without payment for a limited time. After that time expires, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

STEP 7: Enter your billing and emergency contact information.

Carefully review the pricing details provided. The total balance due includes all applicable discounts, surcharges, and taxes. Enter your billing address as listed on your credit card statement and your credit card information. In case of any sudden or unforeseen emergency, Vacations-Hawaii requests that you provide the name and phone number of an emergency contact. This emergency contact should be someone who is NOT traveling with you.

Reviewing the Airlines Air Charter Participant’s Tour Contract is the last step before payment is accepted. If you would like a printer-friendly version, there is a PDF version available. You must agree with its terms and conditions before Vacations-Hawaii can accept payment for your reservation. Click "BOOK IT NOW" to finish making your reservation.

STEP 8: Enjoy your trip.

Upon confirmation of payment, your travel documents will be printable on the web one business day after payment. We will be mailing your bag tags.
