- Our staff will tell you when and where to pick up your hotel keys.
- Check with the hotel front desk if you want to use the phone.
- Report any damaged or missing luggage to your escort within 4 hours of arrival.

Have you luggage inside your door by 4:00A
Be sure to check out with the hotel and pay telephone charges
by 4:30A
Meet your escort in the the Ohana Room, Mezzanine by 4:30A
At the airport, stay on the bus until the driver has unloaded all bags.
If you miss the bus, you must get to the airport on your own.
Flights depart from McCarran Terminal 2
You must check in at Globeground no later than 7:00A
Flights may depart early so be sure to be on time.

Notices
Charter Terms of Carriage
- Unused features are non-refundable.
- Cancellations and/or changes are subject to fees.
- Tickets and dcouments are valid only for the passenger names and are non-transferable.
- Neither VACATIONS-HAWAII nor the air carrier are responsible or liable for the
transportation of those who fail to report at the specified check-in point
one hour prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight, or who are, through
no fault of the air carrier or VACATIONS-HAWAII, not on board at the time of
departure. Failure to board the aircraft will result in the cancellation of any
remaining features. The seat becomes the property of VACATIONS-HAWAII, and may be used to
accomodate other passengers without compensation.
- VACATIONS-HAWAII, in the absence of negligence on the part of VACATIONS-HAWII, is not responsible for
personal injury or property damage caused by the air carrier, hotel, or other suppliers of any of the
services provided in conjunction with this charter.
- Any change in itinerary, delay, or cancellation by the air carrier will not be the
responsibility of VACATIONS-HAWAII.
- VACATIONS-HAWAII reserves the right to cancel a praticular charter or
charters due to inadequate participation for any reason more than ten (10)
days prior to departure. You will be notified within seven (7) days of cancellation and
refunded in full.

Vacations-Hawaii will mail bag tags to you. Please attach to checked luggage.
In the event the bag tags do not arrive in time
- Honolulu departing passengers should check with the airport coordinator prior to checking in for the flight.
- Neighbor Island departing passengers should check their luggage thru to Las Vegas and give the following bag tag labels to the escort in Honolulu.
