Help with the Room Companions Page

Please follow these simple instructions carefully. A sample page is included below for your review.

Step 1: Tell us if you have already made reservations at a Boyd Hotel by clicking on the red "click here" link on the sample page below. Try it and see what happens! Please note that since we are not handling your room reservations, any requests you make here will be disregarded.

Be advised that we do verify your reservations at a Boyd Gaming hotel. If it is determined that you do not have reservations with our hotels, you may be denied boarding and all money paid may be forefeit.

Step 2: Enter the First and Last names of the passengers. If you have selected more than one room, be sure to put them in the correct room. If you have any passengers under 21 years of age, please change "Adult" to "Under 21" for that passenger. Passengers under 21 pay a reduced price (except for Casino Guests who already pay a reduced rate). Federal law prevents us from giving meal coupons to persons under 21. Names must match identification.

Step 3: Select your preference for bedding, smoking, location, and floor. Also indicate any additional things you may require such as rollaway beds. Please note that if you select ADA Compliant Rooms, any requests for location and bedding will be discarded since these rooms are generally furthest from the elevators and have one king size bed. You will need to select these items for each of the rooms you are reserving.

Step 4: When you have finished, click the at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page.

Other Requests: If you have other requests such as being on the same floor with someone, please be patient. We will provide you an opportunity to send us these requests later in the booking process.

Room Companions Please fill in the forms below with the names of those travelling with you. You may assign up to 4 persons per room (3 per room at the Fremont or Stardust). Bedding and room category preferences may be selected for each room. (While we can't always guarantee that your preferences will be available, we'll do our best to get them for you.) Note that special requests can also be made for each room. Names must match identification. Do not use nicknames. If your identification does not match your reservation, you may be denied boarding or be required to pay a name change fee. Hotel rooms are valid only for the true and correct names indicated below. Casino Guests are our passengers who have already made reservations at one of our Boyd Hotels. When you click on the red "click here" link above Room 1, you will see a pop up window similar to the display below.

Casino Guests You are currently making a booking at the: California Hotel If you've received complimentary rooms at this hotel, please provide us with the following information that will help us with your travel plans: • Hotel confirmation # or the hotel contact person: • # of complimentary rooms awarded: 0 1 2 3 4 As a guest of the casino with complimentary accommodations, please note the following: Your meal plan may differ from the standard meal plan. All room preferences (i.e., bedding, smoking, non-smoking, etc.) should already be pre-arranged with the hotel. Booking passange on the charter without a reservation at a Boyd Gaming hotel is strictly prohibited. If you do not have a reservation at a Boyd hotel, you will be required to upgrade to any standard package and pay $25.00 per person prior to boarding the aircraft, or you will be denied boarding. Penalties will apply if fradulent information is provided to Boyd Gaming.

You must enter the name of the hotel employee who has made your reservation for you or the confirmation number you received from reservations. Also tell us how many rooms have been reserved by selecting the number. If you have some Casino Guests and some guests needing a room from Vacations-Hawaii, please note that we assume the Casino Guests are in the lowest room numbers on this page. When you are finished, click the button on the pop up window or close the window if you do not have reservations.
