Modify a Charter Booking

You cannot modify a booking if:

• The booking has been canceled
• You have paid for the record, but our accounting office has not processed your payment. Try later.
• It is less than 2 days before departure.
• The booking is not standard
  • It is a one-way or a round trip originating in Las Vegas
  • Some one is traveling in Coach one Way and Comfort in the other
  • There is a room occupant who does not require air

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2: Click on the phrase "Click to Modify" (shown in red above). This will bring you to the Modify Page. A list of things that can be modified follows Step 3.

Step 3: Click the button to save your changes.

You can

• Change your room options unless you have indicated that you have your own reservations.
• Change or Correct Names until initial payment has been received. After payment, you must contact Vacations-Hawaii. Name change fees may apply.
• Change your seat assignments up to 2 days prior to departure
• Change your meal requests up to 2 days prior to departure
• Change your Interisland segments until payment has been received. After payment, you will need to contact Vacations-Hawaii to make interisland changes.
• Change to Comfort or Coach Seating until payment has been received. After payment, you will need to contact Vacations-Hawaii to make these changes.
• Accept or Decline Insurance until payment has been received. After payment, you will be able to decline insurance for new passengers at the time of payment. Insurance is only available for unpaid passengers.
• Request Inflight Oxygen up to 5 days prior to departure. After that, please contact our office. We need at least 48 hours to obtain oxygen.
• Alter Passenger Special Needs at any time.
• Enter Additional Requests up to 2 days prior to departure. You may use this to request changes which are not allowed above or any other requests.
