How to apply Mahalo Checks

You must have a existing booking with Vacations-Hawaii. If you do not, you can make one on line.

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2: Click on the word view on the very right hand side (shown in red above). You should see something like this at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the link as shown in red. This will bring you to a page that looks like this:

Please Apply My Mahalo Check We are pleased to assist you in using your Mahalo Check on one of our Charter flights. Mahalo Checks may be used on Saturday, Sunday and Monday departures only between November 29, 2003 and February 2, 2004 (Except December 27, 28, 29, 2003). Some blackout dates apply. Mahalo Checks are not accepted for bookings at the Stardust or Sam's Town. Please provide the information requested and click the "Send Request" button. If for some reason we are unable to process the letter, we will advise you immediately. Your Mahalo Check is numbered. Near the top of the Check you will see a number like DAA033-99999. The numbers following the dash, in this case 99999, is your Mahalo Check number. You will need to submit that number in the box below. Enter Booking Number 123456 Select Passenger Passenger List TEST/ONETEST/TWO Enter Mahalo Check Number

Step 4: Your Mahalo Check is numbered. Near the top of the Check you will see a number like DAA033-99999. A sample check is shown at the bottom of the page. The numbers following the dash, in this case 99999, is your Mahalo Check number. You will need to enter that check number in the empty box given and hit the submit button. If your submit went through successfully you should see a page like this:

Mahalo Letter Results Mahalo Discount of $100 has been applied. Please mail the original Mahalo Letter to Vacations-Hawaii. Use your browser's BACK button to resubmit your request.

If not, you will get an error message or reason why displayed in red.
