Accepting or Declining Insurance

While booking reservations online, we give you the option to accept or decline insurance. For more information about the insurance click Need Traveler's Insurance where shown on the reservation page (not this page).

I'm Making a New Booking

Step 1: On the Passenger Preferences page scroll down until you see something like this:

Step 2: Select YES or NO in the box next to Need Travelers Insurance. You need to do this for each passenger.

Already have a Booking

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2:

• I'm ready to Pay
  • Step 3: Click one the button.
  • Step 4: After you have reconfirmed you booking, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see:

Please verify Traveler's Insurance before clicking 'Pay Now'. Changes will reflect on the next screen. ONE TEST Accept Insurance Decline Insurance TWO TEST Accept Insurance Decline Insurance

• Step 5: Here you can choose wheather to accept or decline the Insurance. Then hit the button. The insurance will be correct on the next page.
• I'll pay later but want to change now.
  • Step 3: Click on the phrase "Click to Modify". If you do not see this phrase, you will have to call our office to make the changes.
  • Step 4: Scroll down until you see Modify companion information.
    
    

• Step 5: Here it will give you another option for Insurance (shown above in red). You need to do this for each passenger.
• Step 6: at the bottom of the screen.
