How to Claim a Gift Certificate on-line

You must have an existing booking with Vacations-Hawaii before applying a gift certificate. If you do not, you can make one on-line.

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2: Click on the word view on the very right hand side (shown in red above). You should then see something like this at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the link as shown in red. This will bring you to a page where you can claim your Gift Certificate.

Step 4: You should now see "Apply Credits" at the top of your page. Scroll down until you see Apply a Gift Certificate or what looks like this:

Apply a Gift Certificate Gift Certificates issued by Vacations-Hawaii after January 1, 2003 have a control number printed on them. You may apply those certificates to a Vacations-Hawaii Charter Package. Certificate Number Control Number Given to Enter the "Given to" name exactly as it appears on the Gift Certificate.

Step 5: Enter the certificate number and control number, located at the bottom of the certificate. In the Given To field, enter the name exactly as it appears on the gift certificate. When finished click the button.

If the Gift Certificate was applied successfully, you will see:

View a Booking This is the room and air information you requested for this booking. Please click "Next" to continue. Click here to view the traditional Charter Customer Confirmation. Click here to Request Exit Row Seating. Click here to Enroll in BoydRewards. Apply Credits for BoydRewards, Transportation Vouchers or Gift Certificates Gift Certificate 1111, Amount 100.00 has been applied.

If the Gift Certificate doesn't get applied you will see an explanation why. Something like this:

Apply Credits We're trying to make it easy for you to redeem BoydRewards, use Transportation Credit Vouchers, or apply a Gift Certificate when you book online. Explanation why discount was not applied to reservation Redeem BoydRewards Segments Claim discounts on selected charter packages by using your BoydRewards segments.
