Review and Confirm Help
Step 1: Enter any special requests in the Additional Special Request box as shown below. These requests are
sent to a supervisor at Vacations-Hawaii who will review your request and update your record quickly during our business hours.
Additional Special Requests - Need connected rooms? Rooms on the same floor? Specific tower? Please indicate that request here.

Step 2: Carefully review your intineray. Check the date, spelling of your names, insurance options, and preferences.
Step 3: Review the pricing details.
Step 4: Save your reservations. There are two ways to do this. We recommend the "Hold & Pay Later" option, but you may choose.

Advantages:
- You will be able to apply Mahalo Checks. You cannot do this after payment.
- You can contact our office with questions or special needs prior to payment.
- Each room may be paid with a separate credit card.
- Most items can be modified.
Disadvantages:
- There are a couple more steps to paying for your reservation.
- Each room reserved must be paid separately.
- You will need to return to the reservation to make payment.
- Reservations may be canceled if payment is not in a timely manner. The next page will tell you how long you have to pay.

- You can pay for all rooms with one credit card in one step
- Your reservation is complete.
Disadvantages:
- You will be unable to apply Mahalo Checks.
- Only limited changes can be made after payment.
Step 5: If you have chosen to "Pay Now", you will need to return to your reservation prior to travel to print your
travel documents. Please allow us one business day to complete the reservation.
