How to request Exit Row seating

Exit Row seating is restricted to those passengers who are physically able and willing to assist other passengers in the event of an emergency. You should not request exit row seating if you are travelling with children under 15 years old or with other passengers who require additional assistance. This is for the safety of all people on board. To be assigned exit row seating, you must complete an Exit Row Waiver. Exit Row Seating is not automatic. We must review your record and your request prior to assigning seats. Note: If the flight crew determines you are not exit row qualified, you will be moved to any available seat.

You must have a existing booking with Vacations-Hawaii. If you do not, you can make one on line.

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2: Click on the word view on the very right hand side (shown in red above). You should see something like this at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the link as shown in red. This will bring you to a form to request your Exit Row Seating.

Step 4: You should now see "Exit Row Waiver" at the top of your page. Please answer all of the yes or no questions, be sure there is a booking number, and list all passengers desiring exit row seating.

Step 5: Click the button. If the request was submitted successfully, the next page should look something like this:

Exit Row Results Your request has been sent.

If not you will be shown an error messege. Hit your BACK button and follow what the error message says.
The message should look something like this.

Exit Row Results Error message will be display here. You may resubmit your request by using your browser's BACK button.
