Casino Guest

Casino Guests are our passengers who have already made reservations at one of our Boyd Hotels.

STEP 1: Search for your package to Las Vegas.
You can search for a Vacations-Hawaii charter package to Las Vegas by date or by price range. Available travel dates are posted six months from the current date. Please also indicate the number of passengers traveling and how many rooms you are looking for.

STEP 2: Review the availability results and pick your hotel.
The available flights and hotel accommodations are displayed for you. It will provide you with flight departure and arrival information in addition to prices for both coach and comfort seating. When you find the flight that suits you, select the button under the hotel name where you would like to stay. Click "BOOK SELECTED PACKAGE" to proceed to the next page, it should look something like below.

Room Companions

Please fill in the forms below with the names of those travelling with you. You may assign up to 4 persons per room (3 per room at the Fremont or Stardust). Bedding and room category preferences may be selected for each room. (While we can't always guarantee that your preferences will be available, we'll do our best to get them for you.) Note that special requests can also be made for each room.

Names must match identification. Do not use nicknames. If your identification does not match your reservation, you may be denied boarding or be required to pay a name change fee. Hotel rooms are valid only for the true and correct names indicated below. Vacations-Hawaii reserves the right to require positive identification of the traveler's identity.

As a guest of the casino with complimentary accommodations, please note the following:

  • Your meal plan may differ from the standard meal plan.
  • All room preferences (i.e., bedding, smoking, non-smoking, etc.) should already be pre-arranged with the hotel.

Booking passange on the charter without a reservation at a Boyd Gaming hotel is strictly prohibited. If you do not have a reservation at a Boyd hotel, you will be required to upgrade to any standard package and pay $25.00 per person prior to boarding the aircraft, or you will be denied boarding. Penalties will apply if fradulent information is provided to Boyd Gaming.

You must enter the name of the hotel employee who has made your reservation for you or the confirmation number you received from reservations.
Also tell us how many rooms have been reserved by selecting the number.

If you have some Casino Guests and some guests needing a room from Vacations-Hawaii, please note that we assume the Casino Guests are in the lowest room numbers on this page.

When you are finished, click the button on the pop up window or close the window if you do not have reservations.
