How to Claim BoydRewards

BoydRewards is a program designed to reward repeat customers to Vacations-Hawaii Las Vegas Charter.

In order to claim BoydRewards, one BoydRewards member must have their BoydRewards number in the reservation.

To claim BoydRewards on the Internet, just follow these simple instructions.

You must have a existing booking with Vacations-Hawaii. If you do not, you can make one on line.
If you need assistance, Click here.

Step 1: Find your reservation in your booking summary or search for it by Confirmation number. You will see something like this.

Step 2: Click on the word view on the very right hand side (shown in red above). You should then see something like this at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the link as shown in red. This will bring you to a page where you can claim your BoydRewards.

Step 4: You should now see "Apply Credits" at the top of your page. Scroll down until you see Redeem BoydRewards Segments or what looks like this:

Redeem BoydRewards Segments Claim discounts on selected charter packages by using your BoydRewards segments.
BoydRewards Member	Select Member PASSENGER/ONE PASSENGER/TWO
Apply Discount to	Select Passenger PASSENGER/ONE PASSENGER/TWO

Step 5: Select the BoydRewards Member that you wish to claim BoydRewards from. Then select which passenger you want to apply the discount to. When finished click the button.

If Discount was applied successfully, you will see:

View a Booking This is the room and air information you requested for this booking. Please click "Next" to continue. Click here to view the traditional Charter Customer Confirmation. Click here to Request Exit Row Seating. Click here to Enroll in BoydRewards. Apply Credits for BoydRewards, Transportation Vouchers or Gift Certificates (Amount) BoydRewards discount has been applied for TEST/ONE

If discount doesn't get applied you will see an explanation why. Something like this:
