Help with the Passenger Preferences Page

Please follow these simple instructions carefully. A sample page is included below for your review.

Step 1: For each passenger:

Enter their BoydRewards number
Select Coach or Comfort Class
Say YES or NO to the optional traveler's insurance

Step 2: For each passenger in each direction:

Enter a Seat Number or click on the View Seat Map link to view the map
Select a special meal if desired
Select any interisland air segments required (times may be seen on the next page if interisland flights are selected)

Step 3: For each passenger having special needs:

Indicate any Airport wheelchair assistance required
Indicate any wheelchairs they are bringing with them (so we can arrange for bus transportation) or if they desire a hotel wheelchair
Indicate if they are Hearing Impaired, Visually Impaired, or don't speak English
Indicate if we need to arrange for in flight oxygen (an extra fee will be paid to the airline)

Step 4: When you have finished, click the at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page.

Please indicate seating and meal preferences for each traveler below. If you do not choose a seat using the Seat Selection Chart, you will be assigned the best available seat at time of ticketing. Note that every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences, but that they are subject to availability.
