AIR CARRIERS: Aloha, American, Delta, Harmony, Hawaiian and United are used to the destination. These are F.I.T. non-escorted departures. All reservations must be made by Vacations-Hawaii or on our Website. . Vacations-Hawaii is not responsible for schedule changes. Vacations-Hawaii is not responsible for fare increases on unticketed packages due to schedule changes or discontinued routings.

RESTRICTIONS: No open flights are permitted. Once travel has begun, changes to the land arrangements are not permitted.

FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAMS: Mileage may be accrued on all of our contracted airlines. No partnership mileage will be accrued. Only passenger named on the ticket will be eligible to accrue mileage. Please provide frequent flyer numbers at the time of booking.

DOCUMENTS: Vacations-Hawaii will issue airline tickets electronically, with the exception of Harmony Airways. Hotel and transfer vouchers will be issued where applicable. In most cases, any included Disney passes, meal coupons, etc, will be provided by the participating hotel.

GROUP BOOKINGS: Should you require assistance with group travel, please call. A separate group will be mailed to your attention.

PAYMENT DEADLINES: Departure dates determine payment due dates. You will be advised of your payment date at time of booking. Changes to bookings do not extend the payment due date.

CANCELLATIONS: Land packages are subject to a Ten Dollar ($10.00) per person cancellation fee. Air inclusive packages are subject to a One-Hundred fifty Dollar ($150.00) per person cancellation fee. Harmony Airways tickets are non-refundable.

CHANGES: Unlimited changes are permitted prior to the payment deadline as defined above, unless payment has already been made. After payment is made, changes to the first flight constitute a cancellation and will be charged as such. After payment or the payment deadline, the following fees will apply: 1) Changes to air inclusive packages at $125.00 per person, per revision with the exception of Aloha Airlines at $150.00 per person, per revision. 2) Land only changes at $10.00 per person per revision. Any rate increases due to price changes, routing changes, additional nights, or travel dates will also be collected. Change fees are immediately payable. After departure, changes to the land arrangements are not permitted, changes to the air are subject to availability and any surcharges plus the applicable fees as mentioned above.

RESPONSIBILITY: Vacations-Hawaii acts only as the booking agent for airlines, hotels, sightseeing vendors, car rentals and/or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual or group travelers. Every reservation is accepted subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers. Vacations-Hawaii shall not be liable for the injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to an act or default by any dispute, machinery breakdown, government restraint, act of God, war, terrorism, weather condition or any other circumstances beyond their control. The responsibility of any airline used is solely that set out in the passenger contract evidenced by the ticket.
