BoydRewards for Las Vegas Charter Packages

BoydRewards is a program designed to reward repeat customers of Vacations-Hawaii Las Vegas Charters.

How do I enroll?

Customers may enroll by completing an enrollment form or by requesting enrollment from the Vacations-Hawaii employee handling their reservation. Customers may also enroll by registering on our website (http://www.boydvacationshawaii.com) or by completing the form offered on the "View" page of an existing reservation on our website.

To receive credit for a charter package, a customer must enroll in the program and provide Vacations-Hawaii with a BoydRewards ID number prior to commencement of travel.

Who qualifies for membership?

Anyone who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age may enroll in the BoydRewards program, except for employees of Vacations-Hawaii¹ or Boyd Gaming Corporation and its affiliates.

How do I earn BoydRewards segments?

Each time a BoydRewards member travels on a Vacations-Hawaii "Roundtrip"² Honolulu-Las Vegas charter, the member will be credited with segments on his or her account, depending on the class of service purchased³. Segments will be awarded for Roundtrip travel originating in Hawaii according to the following scale:

Class of Service Purchased		Credits
Roundtrip First Class		4 Segments
Mixed Premium & First Class		3 Segments
Roundtrip Premium Class		3 Segments
Roundtrip Coach Class		2 Segments
Mixed Coach and any other class		2 Segments

Segments will be credited to the member's account within 7 business days after departure from Honolulu.

How do I redeem BoydRewards segments?

Vacations-Hawaii anticipates promoting charter package specials, which will offer various discounts off the regularly-advertised prices in exchange for the redemption of BoydRewards segments⁴. The required number of segments will vary, depending on seasonal loads or other factors, all at the sole discretion of Vacations-Hawaii. By way of example only, Vacations-Hawaii could offer a $429 package for $329 (a savings of $100), with the redemption of four (4) BoydRewards segments. Other types of specially-priced packages or promotions may be offered to customers who have accumulated BoydRewards segments. BoydRewards segments may be applied only to Roundtrip charter packages originating in Hawaii.

Segments have NO CASH VALUE.

How will I find out when I can use BoydRewards segments for discounts?

Vacations-Hawaii may advertise special BoydRewards offers in any of the following:

Newspaper or other print media advertisements
On the web site at http://www.boydvacationshawaii.com/specials/index.asp
By e-mail
By direct mailings
By radio or television

Where can I review my BoydRewards Account Balance?

A BoydRewards member may review account status on-line by logging in at http://www.boydvacationshawaii.com or by contacting the Vacations-Hawaii reservation office.

Are there program restrictions?

BoydRewards segments are valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date earned so long as the member’s account reflects activity at least once every twelve (12) months. BoydRewards segments may be deleted from the account of a member who has not traveled Roundtrip on a Vacations-Hawaii charter within a twelve (12)-month period based on the Honolulu departure date.

Segments accumulated from the BoydRewards program are generally nontransferable;⁵ however, a member may redeem accrued BoydRewards segments for a passenger traveling with the member on the same record or booking number. In order to accrue BoydRewards segments, each customer must enroll separately. Segments may only be earned by the person who actually travels, regardless of who purchased the ticket. Members may not pool or combine segments with other members. Photo identification will be required.

The special offers and discounts available through the redemption of BoydRewards segments may not be used with any other offers or discounts.

The use of BoydRewards segments may be subject to blackout periods, at the sole discretion of Vacations-Hawaii, during which segments may not be used. A current list of blackout periods may be accessed at http://www.boydvacationshawaii.com or by contacting the Vacations-Hawaii reservation office.

BoydRewards segments are only earned after Roundtrip travel has been completed and are not earned for cancellations or no-shows.

Special offers and discounts available through the redemption of BoydRewards segments are only applicable to new bookings for a qualifying charter package. BoydRewards segments may not be used to qualify for discounts toward existing bookings/reservations. Segments may not be applied retroactively. Add-ons to previously ticketed records may not redeem BoydReward segments.

By enrolling in the BoydRewards program, a member explicitly agrees to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of the program. Vacations-Hawaii reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of this program or any special offer at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the use of accumulated BoydRewards segments, and (ii) suspend or terminate the program or any special offer at any time without notice. Special offers are void where prohibited by law. Vacations-Hawaii may cancel membership for any reason, including misuse of BoydRewards segments or violation of BoydRewards rules. Vacations-Hawaii has the sole right to fashion, apply and interpret BoydRewards rules.

¹ "Vacations-Hawaii" shall refer to Boyd Travel, Inc., d.b.a. Vacations-Hawaii and, where appropriate, Boyd Gaming Corporation and its affiliates. Vacations-Hawaii may, from time to time, share information about BoydRewards members with Boyd Gaming Corporation and its affiliates only for the purpose of enabling them to make available special offers through direct contact. If you do not want your contact information shared in this fashion, you must notify Vacations-Hawaii.
² "Roundtrip" includes only those charter packages adhering to the standard flight pattern for their Honolulu departure. Two one-way packages do not constitute a Roundtrip.
³ Some packages or fares may not be eligible for BoydRewards segment accumulation at the sole discretion of Vacations-Hawaii.
⁴ Discount seats will be limited and not available on all flights/days.
⁵ In the event of death, the spouse of a deceased BoydRewards member may transfer earned BoydRewards segments to his/her account upon appropriate verification, subject to the rules governing segment expiration.
