| Charter Package Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an unpaid booking, there is no penalty. If you cancel before signing a contract or accepting the reservation online and have paid for your reservation by credit card, you will be given a full refund.
If you cancel a paid booking, your refund privileges are
as follows:
You will be given a full refund, less a $25 per person
service fee, if:
- You provide a subsitute participant for your reservation before canceling, or
- Vacations Hawaii is able to resell your canceled reservation (as evidenced by a full manifest for the flight), or
- You or your companion decease before the departure. (Your
"companion" is the person who is your confirmed scheduled roommate during
the tour.)
You will be given a full refund, less a $75 per person
service fee, if you cancel a booking 22 days or more prior to departure.
There is no refund if you cancel 21 days or less prior
to departure. Other cancellations or changes are not permitted and no refund will be provided.
In order to receive a refund you must first return all documents
to Vacations-Hawaii, which will then mail your check within 14 days.

TSA Privacy Notice
The Transportation Security Administration of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requires Vacations-Hawaii to collect information from you for purposes of watch list screening, under the authority of 49 U.S.C. section 114, and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
Providing this information is voluntary; however, if it is not provided, you may be subject to additional screening or denied transport or authorization to enter a sterile area. TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.
